(“Client”), and particularly Iryna Atamanchuk, henceforth known as (“we” or “us”), and you the undersigned prospective client(s).
The Client is obliged to pay a fee in amount according to the type of consultation which has been booked through the website of ATA Immigration Services + HST. Kindly note that the pricing for the consultations (HST does not include into this amount) is the following:
• General questions consultation – 50.00 (fifty Canadian dollars) $CAD for 15 (fifteen) minutes consultation;
• Initial consultation – 150.00 (one hundred fifty Canadian dollars) $CAD for 30 (thirty) minutes consultation;
• Comprehensive consultation – 250.00 (two hundred fifty Canadian dollars) $CAD for one hour consultation;
• Urgent consultation – 400.00 (four hundred Canadian dollars) $CAD for 40 (forty) minutes consultation.
All information and documents that you provided to us at the consultation shall remain strictly confidential, except as authorized by you or otherwise required by law. As a licensee in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (the “College”), Iryna Atamanchuk is bound by the By-Laws and the Code of Professional Conduct and Regulations.
The payment needs to be received by the firm at least 1 business day prior to meeting. If payment is not received within the specified time, the session will be cancelled and the slot will be provided to another client.
The consultation will be scheduled for a mutually available time via email with a link to the meeting. If you are unable to attend our meeting as scheduled, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In the event the meeting is cancelled, upon receipt of the consultation fee, a refund will be issued, minus any administrative
fees incurred.
Following the consultation, if you further retain our services, a separate Retainer Agreement will be executed by both parties.
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that the advice provided during the initial consultation does not constitute a continuing client/counsel relationship. The advice provided is valid at the time it is given and is based on the information provided by you. Further, the final scheduling of this consultation serves as confirmation that you are in agreement and acceptance of the terms of our initial consultation agreement.
