IRCC has just held a new Canadian Experience Class–only Express Entry draw, only one day after the latest PNP round. On 7 July 2026, IRCC ran Express Entry Draw #424 targeting Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. The CRS cut-off was 517, and 2,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued. This type of round focuses specifically on candidates with qualifying skilled Canadian work experience, regardless of how many higher-scoring candidates may be in other Express Entry categories. If your CRS is in the 510–520 range, this draw is a useful reference point, but not a guarantee. CRS cut-offs move up and down from one draw to another based on how many people are in the pool, how many invitations IRCC issues, and which program or category they focus on. Keeping your profile accurate and up to date (work history, language results, education, marital status, etc.) helps ensure you are ready if a future CEC draw reaches your score. ATA Immigration works with many temporary residents in Canada—international graduates and foreign workers—who are planning for CEC or other Express Entry pathways. If you are unsure how competitive your score may be, or whether you meet CEC requirements, professional guidance can help you understand your options and make informed decisions.
